The internet is made up of different websites across different languages. It happens quite a lot time that the information hosted in foreign languages are not available in English. So when you really need some important information from a website that is not in a language you understand, you have to copy the text and then go to a translation app or website and paste the text in order to get it translated into English.

And it is not limited to the websites only. There are times when you need to translate a note or an email or just a message sent by your foreign contact who does not speak English. Well, now there is a new tweak which saves you from the time-taking hassles of copy-pasting and translating. TranslateMe is a great new add-on to the ActionMenu which makes translating text on iOS devices really easy. TranslateMe actually translates the text on the spot without having to leave the current app.
How TranslateMe Works
- If you want to translate a block of text, then you just need to select it with the usual selection method. After selecting the text, just tap on the Translate button.
- In some cases, you may be required to tap on the arrow button in order to access the translate button.
- TranslateMe will translate the text instantly and will show the translated text in a popup inside the same app in your pre-set language.
Languages Supported :
TranslateMe supports a lot of languages including but not limited to:
From the preference panel of TranslateMe, you can select the default Translate to language. The selected text can be in any language, as the tweak will detect the original language automatically before translating it. The best thing about the TranslateMe tweak is that it works anywhere the action menu works. You can use it inside Mail, Safari, Notes, and many other third-party apps.
The tweak mostly works without any hiccups, but it does get stuck at times when translating big blocks of text. So in order to avoid translation errors or the No Text Selected error, it is suggested that you select only a few sentences at once, until the error bug is fixed in the next updates.
