It was such a long time coming but, at long last, we had the jailbreak we had been waiting for. Pangu released PPHelper for iOS 9.2 to iOS 9.3.3 but, at the time, it wasn’t really the best jailbreak we had seen. However, subsequent updates have brought the jailbreak up to scratch and it can now be used by the majority of jailbreakers the world over and is a far more stable jailbreak. If you are looking for help on installing PPHelper, you can find a fully detailed guide and tutorial at the given link, including all the download links.

PPHelper iOS 9.3.5 Release Date :
PP Jailbreak has already been patched up with iOS 9.3.4 and Apple, looking to be on a roll, has now released iOS 9.3.5 download [ext link], both updates containing a series of security fixes which may well see PPHelper as the last jailbreak for iOS 9. However, that doesn’t stop us asking if we will be able to Download Cydia on iOS 9.3.5 using PPHelper. Unfortunately, that is one question we cannot answer at this stage, simply because it has only just been released and Pangu needs time to explore the update and see what, if anything is left for them to use.

We must also be prepared for the fact that Pangu may skip Cydia for iOS 9.3.5 and wait until iOS 10 is released in the next few weeks. Much of that will depend on whether there are any exploits left in iOS 9.3.5 to use and if there are, whether iOS 10 patches them up or not. If it does, then Pangu may well choose to release Cydia on iOS 9.3.5 to give us one last jailbreak for those who don’t want to or can’t update to iOS 10.
Prepare for Cydia iOS 9.3.5 :
The advice is clear – if you have installed PPHelper jailbreak and want to retain it, or you haven’t installed it but intend to do so, do not update your iPhone, iPod or iPad to iOS 9.3.4 or iOS 9.3.5. If you have updated, you are out of luck because Apple is not signing iOS 9.3.3 anymore meaning the door is closed on downgrading. You can protect your iOS version and retain the ability to jailbreak by downloading Cydia Eraser, a must have Cydia tweak that will allow you to restore your device without affecting your iOS version.
