Apple has just updated iOS 9, bringing it to iOS 9.3.4 and the update is available in two ways – OTA [ Over the Air ] – on your device or iTunes on your computer. There is only one main reason for the release of iOS 9.3.4 and that is to patch the recently released PPHelper jailbreak for iOS 9.3.3 and older. The release notes say that the download has important security updates and comes just a few days after the Cydia iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak went public.
